  1. For the first time in more years than I will admit – I am actually excited about a new POTUS taking office. Not that I think Trump is the best thing since Hot Fudge Sundaes, but because that for the first time – in my lifetime – a POTUS was elected that neither the Democrat Party or the Republican Party actually LIKES. 🙂 Much like George Custer picked a fight with the toughest parts of the Sioux Nation, Team Trump is taking on a “Good ole Boy Network” steeped in corruption and armed to the teeth with political weaponry which includes the entire mainstream media and entertainment industry. The question is how much of a battle can Team Trump mount against such greater odds. Can he prevail or will he get buried in the DC slime pits of bureaucracy. Win or lose the battle, I hopes he is able to drain much or all of the DC Swamp ruining this nation. I suspect we are in for a bloody four years on Capitol Hill.
(Even better Europe and the rest of the Major Nations are having a conniption decrying his Presidential State of Affairs, before he has even taken the oath of office. This sounds so interesting I might have to start blogging on a regular basis again.)

  2. Agree 100% I was always anti-Trump (and anti-HRC) and wrote in McMullin, which I now regret. But the unhinged violence, insanity and vitriol of the DNC-MSM losers have made me actually root for his success now–and I hope does succeed in draining the swamp and erasing much of Obama’s “legacy” especially executive orders.

What I don’t think many people get is that although DT says outrageous stuff, his cabinet picks are quite solid and sane. So many people were conditioned to focus of what Obama said while ignoring what he did, some will have difficulty making the transition from watch what DT does not what he says.

So you are correct–it will be an entertaining next 4 years but I don’t intend to return to blogging. As you can see I don’t even do my own posts anymore, I just reblog WordPress stuff I like. Doing blogging right takes way more time and energy than I have now–Twitter is more my style. Speaking of such, did you see the article about Mark Archibald in today’s D-A? Archie’s gone big time–at least in Corsicana TX!
