“It’s always easy to make someone else the bad guy…I just think its part and parcel of what politics has become…It’s more show than go.”

  1. There are no shortages of Bad Guys in politics. Heck politics have become a lot like Professional Wrestling Kayfabe, you can’t tell the good guys from the bad guys without a current program.

  2. Senator Mike Jacobs who one punch knocked out a Republican Senator for bad mouthing his Daddy is right when he says

“It is always easy to make someone else the bad guy”.

    It is!

The next line was wait until you see what Rouner says in the next 100 days.

I agree just wait and see.

I just think its part and parcel of what politics has become…It’s more show than go.”

Just like Billy Albracht saying he was going to go to Springfield and share the fraud that he had uncovered.

I am still waiting to find out about this fraud but I guess it was more show than go.

Neil Anderson better watch what he says about the iron fisted Jacobs or he might just find himself waking up.

  3. I find it ironic that pundits and press people hang on every syllable Senator Mike Jacobs’ utters. Apparently unless Mike Jacobs speaks nobody listens!

  4. That’s a pretty good analogy S. The wrestlers–Dem and GOP along with their sponsors a/k/a donors and special interests, are playing a suckers game against those outside the ring—the unconnected public.

    **************************

Ellen, comparing the appearance of Jacobs and Anderson, I would say Jacobs would run away like a little girl if Anderson flexed his hunky firefighter muscles against Mike’s office boy flab.

On the other hand, if you’re talking about political muscle, all bets are off!

Jeez Randy, everybody knows Mike Freakin’ Jacobs is so awesome he’s like EF Hutton—-when Mikey talks, people listen. πŸ˜€

  5. Maybe Jacobs can do the Hulkster sermon —>say your prayers, take your vitamins and you will never go wrong. Then he can rip off a yellow t-shirt and flex for everyone. Jacobs could be the next copycat of Putin celebrity.

    Jacobania? –>

or would Jacobmania be more like–>

  6. It’s hard to say; Jacobs has elements the Hulk’s boastful, thuggish bully as when he punched out McCarter on the senate floor and when he bragged that he would have kicked Blago’s “tail end”.

On the other hand, no matter how negative my feelings are about Jacobs, comparing him to a twerking Gummy Bear is even a bridge too far for me.

Thanks a lot S—I cannot EVER unsee that twerking green thing. Ewwwww! πŸ˜€

  7. Hey now! I subjected myself to the Gummi Bear video today for you and your readers enjoyment, despite this being the first day in almost two weeks I didn’t have to play it per a small child’s dictate. πŸ˜‰

  8. Sen. Jacobs would kick the Hulk’s read end, and if he hit on QCE she’d be putty in his big hands.

  9. It was a good turnout for the Coal Valley parade today. Lots of cheers and good turnout for the RICO.

I did notice that Steffen seemed to handle the hills better than Mr. Bloom though. They were tough hills though, as even Neal Anderson was huffin and puffin at the end.

  10. Hey Barb, was Mike Jacobs in the parade?

I recently saw a full body photo of him (along with some Henry County pols) on Bustos’ facebook and he looked to be around 6-7 months pregnant.

If he was there, how did HE handle the hills—-or was he riding in a car? πŸ˜€

  11. Senator Mike Jacobs would run Neil Anderson over politically and physically. You know what he did to McCarter and what he threatened to do to gov Blago and his secret Service team.

Jacobs is a big man that backed down his last opponent physically, mentally and politically.

    Anderson wouldn’t stand a chance.

  12. Yeah, Ellen, I know—Mike Jacobs and Chuck Norris are twins that were separated at birth. πŸ˜€
