Public Union Contract Negotiations RICO Style

Bill Bloom via QCOnline:

“Public union salary negotiations are handled by a ‘retired’ [RICO board] pension drawing member of the same union. This is a clear conflict of interest. Who represents the taxpayer in this arrangement?”

  1. You mean you can’t access your own blog? I checked just now and I was able to access it with no problems.

Maybe it’s time to switch to the “free and open source blogging tool and a content management system…which runs on a web hosting service” of champions—WordPress! 😀

  2. According to @ericjtimmons 235@AFSCME members of Hope Creek Care Center will get a 1% raise as part of a new contract agreed with Rock Island County.

Gee, I wonder who negotiated this deal? And you thought RICO was hard up for $$$$. Priorities must be observed!

    Suckers!

  3. Here’s more info on these contracts. One contract includes a $625 signing bonus! Yeah, AFSCME is LaBron, baby—they can play at that level. 😀

So while RICO Democrats cry, whine and play the victim that they are broke and need more taxpayer $$$$$ to take care of “the most vulnerable among us” ™ they are eagerly dishing out moolah to their union cronies.

    Priorities!
