So, do you have to follow the Obamacare rules? That is, do you have to buy your insurance from exchanges, or are you still getting the same insurance from your employer? Federal Employees have the option of continuing getting insurance paid for by the Gubmint, or they can enroll in the exchanges. They are not EXEMPT. They simply do not HAVE to enroll in exchanges, any more than you or I do.
