The suit centers around the White House website flag@whitehouse.gov that asked the public to report “fishy” comments about Obama’s healthcare agenda “in violation of The Privacy Act and the First Amendment” for the purpose of chilling free speech and suppressing dissent about Obama’s healthcare policy.
It’s a good thing doctors have deep pockets, and the advocacy group for inner-city poor adds some moral heft, but good luck to anyone suing the government.
But still, this seems the only way to get Obama’s attention; he must know how unpopular his leftwing policies are, yet he forges ahead unconcerned about the damage done to the country, the economy and the Democrat Party.

I thought liberals were fierce defenders of the separation of church and state—maybe it doesn’t count if an underaged child is the one blurring the line.
Hmmmm, I wonder what the reaction would be if one of Sarah Palin’s young children was sent out to “pray to the Lord” that the conservative agenda be enacted?
Expect A Kneecapping
Bobby Schilling’s election petitions are available for downloading. Here are the requirements for gathering signatures:
1. Petitions must be signed by registered voters in the 17th CD
2. Petitions must be circulated by a person—not left on a table
3. Signatures must be notarized
4. Signatures may be collected by Republicans, Democrats and Independents, but if you sign Schilling’s petition, you cannot sign any other party’s petition.
I do hope Schilling has retained the services of a kick-@ss election law attorney, because he will need it.
Barack was a miserable failure until he successfully knocked out all DEMOCRAT competition when he ran for Illinois Senator, and was able to run unopposed.
In ‘08 the lone challenger to Phil Hare was Troy Dennis of the Green Party, but Hare successfully challenged the signatures on Dennis’ petitions, so that Hare ran virtually unopposed in ‘08.
Considering the thuggish behavior of RICO Democrats and their union operatives, Schilling should be wary of all signatues on all petitions.
Since anyone can download Schilling’s petitions and gather signatures, it is likely that some of these petitions will be circulated by Democrat operatives and be signed by people not eligible to sign.
A word to the wise is sufficent—forewarned is forearmed.

How Dare This Country Squander Taxpayer Money
Our wonderful congressman Phil Hare held another townhall meeting yesterday in Moline attended by mostly senior citizens, and considering how docile they were, I assume they were mostly retired union workers.
Hare also took questions from a telephone call-in and naturally some un-American evil-monger wanted to know how we were going to pay for a brand new entitlement program, when the entitlements we have are in trouble.
Q: “This country is deeply in debt . . . Where is the money going to come from?”
Hare: “With people paying into the system, we’re going to be able to pay for a great deal of this bill . . . If this country can pay $700 billion to banks who act irresponsibility (sic) and if we can spend trillions on a war, we can pull our resources together to provide quality health care for everyone.”
What a hoot!
Hare failed to mention that he voted for TARP every time it came up for vote—including the first time when it failed to pass.
Hare never voted for war funding when Bush was POTUS, because back then war was BAD. But now that a Democrat is in the White House, suddenly war is GOOD, and Hare voted for Obama’s multi-bazillion war funding bill.
So rather than being a disinterested observer in all this taxpayer $$$$ being squandered, Hare has been an eager participant.
The rest of the Dispatch article is mostly about the usual platitudes, bromides and SanFranNan talking points we’ve heard over and over, but to see Hare thundering about paying “$700 billion to banks who act irresponsibility” when he aided and abetted that “irresponsibility” tells us something about Hare’s disconnect from reality—and the truth.
What’s All This About Evil-Mongering Un-American Brown Shirt Nazi Wingnuts Vandalizing Democrat Headquarters?
Early Tuesday morning the Colorado Democrat Headquarters in Denver was vandalized at an estimated cost of over $11,000.
Naturally, the Dems blamed the usual right-wing suspects and “health care rhetoric”.
Fortunately, the vandal was soon caught but unfortunately for Democrats, it was discovered he had worked for a Democrat politician, was paid by a SEIU front group, was arrested at the RNC convention last year and is a transgendered anarchist—just your garden-variety right-wing wacko, eh?
The local GOP reaction to this faux hate crime was withering:
“This sounds like the type of Democratic tactic from the left fringe trying to make Republicans look mean-spirited. In this case, it blew up in their face.”
Thankfully this sort of thuggishness can’t happen here—right?

Lies My POTUS Told Me
Up and down the Democrat food chain from the high and mighty Obama to the lowliest hack, every, single Democrat swears that “Obamacare absolutely, positively, cannot ever in a million, zillion years provide coverage to illegal immigrants.”
This is one of those lies of omission rather than commission, because according to the Congressional Research Service:
“H.R.3200 does not contain any restrictions on non-citizens–whether legally or illegally present.”
Further, since there is no requirement to prove citizenship in HR3200, anyone who knows anything about government entitlements will understand that illegals will come rushing across the border and from the four corners of the globe to take advantage of the best health care on the planet, and who can blame them?
“Progressives” like Obama, Durbin and Hare know the only way they can get their unpopular policies passed is for them to lie about what they are and what they do, which is why we must fight them at every turn.
