  1. The difference is that she has had to produce in her jobs. She has not had the ability to hide the way that Obama has.

    He was invisible in Springfield, and equally as invisible in DC. His ‘present’ votes are a joke and spineless. He really has not performed at anything other than winning elections (against little or no competition). The man has really led a blessed life.

  2. I’m sure Oracle will be on board with McCain/Palin—both Palin and her husband are/were union members—-Obama and Biden NOT!

  4. Here is what is extremely satidfying with the McCain campaign…

    Look at how they played the media on this pick. No one saw it coming! They crafted their message, they picked the right time to announce – they have controlled the process in a manner that maximized their exposure and minimized Obama’s.

    Add to that, their quick response in recent ads and the cutting message…

    * Biden critical of Obama.
    * Hillary critical of Obaba and PRAISING McCain.
    * Turning Obama’s rock-star popularity into a negative.

    The McCain camp is killing Obama on control of the message, something quite unique for Republicans.

    To date, the McCain camp has been masterful and the Obama camp has been reactive.

    Robbie, I did not see anything.

  7. something else worth thinking about… will palin’s lack of experience be more important because mccain would be the oldest president? i would have to think that there is a much higher statistical probability of him not finishing his term just based on his age.

  8. A Governor makes more important decisions in ONE DAY, than a US Senator makes in six-months.

    In addition, McCain’s mother is 94-years old.

    Six months as VP is all the experience one needs, especially coupled with her Executive Branch experience.

    You give Obama far more credit than he deserves by comparing his experience with Palin’s.

    Heading out for the weekend – have a great Labor Day!
