It Takes One To Know One
In what is obviously a case of projection, Nancy Pelosi called President Bush a “total failure” who was “losing all credibility with the American people.”
What a hoot! Bush’s approval rating is around 26% while Congress’ approval rating is around 14-9%
But let’s look at the facts, not just Democrat talking points. What has the Democrat Congress accomplished? A raise in the minimum wage? Some fringe thing about Medicaid? What else?
What has Bush accomplished? Troop funding for the war in Iraq, FISA, etc.
Pelosi promised a program to lower gas prices, to end the war in Iraq, to have the most ethical congress in history, etc.—all the Democrat promises were broken within the first six months of Democrat rule of Congress. But of course, it’s not their fault—-it’s Bush’s!
OK, sure, whatever.
I’m convinced that when further study is done about DNA it will be proven that all Democrats lack an “accountability gene”!

“Backward thinking, deluded right wing fool…”—The Oracle

It is because of the Republicans that still inhabit Congress that causes it’s numbers as a whole to be in the tank. Once we vote all the backward thinking deluded Republican fools out of there and replace them with Disciples of the progressive ORACLE, the numbers will improve dramatically…

The Democrat led Congress has just shelved all efforts to do something, anything to affect gas prices.
The #1 issue to the American public.
The #1 issue to the voting public.
The #1 issue affecting the economy.
The democrat Congress DOES NOTHING!
Are you kidding me, Pelosi?!
What happened to The Agenda?
What happened to the long hours?
What happened to the promises?
Pelosi and the Democrat Congress are a JOKE, and the only bigger joke is the fools that will vote them in, in greater numbers, this November.

Hey O, how about our wonderful Illinois government as an example?
The voters (but not me) took your advice and voted out all the deluded Republican fools and replaced them with those wonderful enlightened “progressives”—and look how great our state government is now!
There’s nary a whisper or hint of gridlock or inaction now that our state is completely controlled by “progressives”.

I am seriously contemplating ending any future responses to Tiger’s posts - the Republicans are the party in power now and up until recently had control of all three branches of government. There is no reasoning with someone that lives in such fantasy. Of course, the people that do not hold the same opinions as Tiger, which is the majority are “fools”. I am going to start looking to respond to posts that focus on the things that bind us together as Americans and not explosive words used only to drive us apart. You like to talk about hate Tiger - you might want to “first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye”.

Rob - I long ago had to stop talking with mowen/tiger because he just insults people till they give up. Also, he would rarely address the comments I made and would instead paint me with his stereotypical liberal brush and try to make me defend positions I didn’t even hold.
Regarding Pelosi I am disapointed it has become more politics as usual. I thought the 12 years of republican control would cause them to perform better. Doesn’t seem to be the case. Though I think its totally absurd to blame congress for no offshore drilling when the republican congress did nothing for 6 years either. And gas prices have been a problem for a while but they didn’t do anything either.

All I have said is that Pelosi needs to shut her mouth about Bush and worry about living up to any, some, even one of the promises that she and the Democrats made while running in 2006.
THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING!
They have passed on doing ANYTHING to even try to affect gasoline prices. They have done NOTHING!

Or would you prefer that I write you an apology?
Rob and Robbie,
I am very sorry for saying that you were foolish. I am sorry that I might have hurt your feelings. Please forgive my insensitivity to your feelings.
Even though I disagree with your ultra-liberal views, I will try my best to understand and appreciate your faulty logic and be kind and sensative to your feelings when I must disagree.
